A Journey of Discovery: How ADHD Changed My Life
I’m a certified life and ADHD coach, dedicated to helping adults with ADHD unlock their full potential and embrace their unique strengths.
Born in 1988 as the youngest of three children, I grew up in the picturesque town of Cham (Zug), right by the lake. I was always curious and adventurous, constantly exploring the world around me. But when I started high school, things started to shift. I struggled with learning and concentration—yet because I was intelligent and could understand the material, I was often dismissed as “lazy.”
This pattern continued into my career. Despite being an asset to my companies, thanks to my ability to learn quickly and think creatively, my lack of focus became harder to manage. I worked long hours to compensate, but eventually, burnout hit—and with it, a life-changing diagnosis: ADHD.
At 32, I finally understood what had been holding me back. I wasn’t disorganized, lazy, or broken. I wasn’t failing. It was simply how my brain worked, and the world around me wasn’t built for my unique wiring. This revelation was the turning point.
Like many women who are diagnosed later in life, I dove headfirst into research to understand my ADHD, my strengths, and how I could thrive. It was through this journey that I found my ADHD coach, who helped me create a personalized toolkit for managing executive function, time management, and emotional regulation.
Working with my coach transformed my life. I began to embrace my ADHD, not as something that held me back, but as a part of who I am that could be harnessed for success. And that’s when I realized: I wanted to help others do the same.
If you’re ready to understand your ADHD, discover your strengths, and build the tools you need to thrive, I’d love to help you on your journey. Together, we’ll unravel the unique wiring of your brain and create a plan that works for you, not against you.
Let’s uncover your true potential.

Book “Fluch und Segen ADHS” by Stephan Rey
I was interviewed by the author of “Fluch und Segen ADHS”, a book that explores the multifaceted experience of living with ADHD. I share my personal journey with ADHD, reflecting on both the challenges and the unique strengths that come with it. The book offers a deeper understanding of how ADHD impacts different aspects of life, and my story contributes to the broader conversation about embracing neurodiversity. I’m excited to be a part of this project and hope it will help others better understand ADHD and feel more empowered in their own experiences.
SRF Input Podcast «Ach, jeder hat doch ein bisschen ADHS» (30.10.2022)
I was a guest on the SRF Input Podcast called “Ach, jeder hat doch ein bisschen ADHS” where I opened up about my ADHD journey in a candid and personal conversation. In this episode, I talk about how ADHD has influenced different aspects of my life—both the struggles and the unexpected benefits. The podcast sheds light on ADHD in a way that’s both relatable and insightful, and I’m grateful to have shared my experiences with such an engaging audience. My hope is that my story resonates with others, helping them feel less alone and more empowered in their own ADHD experiences.
